Ride to Eat - Eat to Ride

Ingredients Banana Fruit Punch
5 c. sugar
4 c. water
1 (12oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 (46oz.) cans unsweetened pineapple juice
5 bananas
3 to 4 (1liter) bottles of 7Up
1 (12 oz.) can frozen Lemonade concentrate
Bring sugar and water to a boil in medium saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cool. Combine orange juice concentrate, bananas, lemonade concentrate and pineapple juice in blender; process until smooth. Add sugar syrup; mix well. Pour into freezer containers. Store in freezer. Thaw for 1 hour before serving. Spoon into punch bowl. Add 7-Up just before serving. Ladle into punch cups. Yield: 25 servings.
