Brown sausage; drain. Beat eggs; add milk. Add all ingredients (sausage and optionals) to egg mixture. Line bottom of glass baking dish (9 x 13-inch) with raw hash browns. Pat with butter. Pour egg mixture on top of hash browns. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes. Top with cheese the last 5 minutes. |
