Ingredients

BREAKFAST OR BREAKFAST FOR SUPPER CASSEROLE

1 to 1 1/2 lb. sausage
9 to 12 eggs
mushrooms (optional)
3 c. milk salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. butter 1

1/2 c. Cheddar cheese or Velveeta
6 to 8 hash brown patties onions, green peppers

Brown sausage; drain. Beat eggs; add milk. Add all ingredients (sausage and optionals) to egg mixture. Line bottom of glass baking dish (9 x 13-inch) with raw hash browns. Pat with butter. Pour egg mixture on top of hash browns. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes. Top with cheese the last 5 minutes.
