Ingredients CHEESE POTATOES
2 lb. Southern style hash browns
1/2 tsp. pepper
16 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. melted butter
2 Tbsp. onion
2 c. grated cheese
I tsp. salt
I can cream of chicken soup
Mix well all ingredients. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Add 1/4 cup melted butter. Cover with cornflake crumbs (crushed well). Bake at 35O~ for 1 hour.
