Ingredients CHEESE POTATOES
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
I stick butter
1 c. milk
I can cream of chicken soup
I small chopped onion (optional)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
Thaw potatoes for 2 hours. Melt butter; add milk, soup and cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Salt and pepper potatoes. Add onion. Pour cheese mixture on top. Stir. Bake covered with foil at 3500 for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
