| Ingredients | CHEESE SOUP (11-Quart Pot) |
| 6 c. water 8 cubes chicken bouillon 2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes I or 2 pkg. California Blend vegetables, slightly thawed 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed |
Place water, bouillon cubes, potatoes, vegetables and onion in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are done. Add cream of chicken soup and cheese. Heat until cheese melts. |
