Ingredients

Corn Dogs
2 Tbsp. corn meal
1 c. pancake mix
1 Tbsp. Sugar
8 Hot Dogs
8 Wooden skewers
1/2 c. water		 Combine pancake mix, sugar, water and corn meal. Beat 2 minutes. Insert skewers in one end of hot dogs. Dip in batter and fry in hot grease for 2 minutes. Drain on paper towel.
