Ingredients Crispy-Sugar Cookies
1 c. butter
1 c. Crisco oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar		 Cream oil and butter with sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Mix al dry ingredients together. Add to creamed mixture; chill dough. Roll into balls. Press down with bottom of glass dipped in melted butter, then dip in sugar. Press ball down. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, 5 to 10 minutes.
