Ingredients EASY CHILI
2 lb. hamburger
1 large onion
3 cans light red kidney beans
1 pkg. dry chili mix
1 large can tomato juice
salt and pepper
Brown onion; add hamburger and fry. Drain excess fat. Add tomato juice, beans and chili mix. The longer it simmers, the better it is!
