Ingredients FRUIT BARS
8 oz. crushed pineapple
tsp. baking soda
c. sugar
1/2
tsp. cinnamon
c. oleo or butter
1 c. finely chopped unpeeled apples
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 c. golden raisins
1
1/2 c. flour
1/2
c. regular raisins (optional)
1 tsp. each: salt and nutmeg

Drain pineapple; save 1 teaspoon juice for icing. Grease 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. Cream sugar, oleo or butter, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, salt, nutmeg, baking soda and cinnamon. Then mix in pineapple, apples and raisins. Bake 20 minutes in 350 oven.

Icing:

3 oz. soft cream cheese 1 tsp. pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. soft butter (oleo) about 3 c. powdered sugar
