Ingredients FRUIT SALAD
I can chunk pineapple (reserve juice, 20 oz. can)
2 Tbsp. flour
I egg, beaten
I c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. sugar
3 sliced bananas
3 unpeeled apples, chopped
1/2 lb. grapes, halved
Combine pineapple juice, sugar, flour and egg. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Cool. Combine fruit. Pour cooled sauce over all. Chill.
