Ingredients It's a "Gotcha" Dip
3 c. crunchy peanut butter (with no sugar added
1/2 tsp. crushed red chile (such as pequin; even if you're brave use no more than 1 tsp.
2 Tbsp. lemon juice.
1/2
tsp. soy sauce
I tsp. prepared yellow mustard
c. tequila
Note: You can use Tabasco for more "heat" instead of the extra 1/2 teaspoon red chile. You can use Worcestershire instead of soy sauce for a variation.

Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender. Serve with crudites or any low-salt chip or cracker. Serves 6 to 8.
