Ingredients Green Peppercorn Sauce
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. brandy
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 c. heavy cream
3 Tbsp. minced shallots
1 Tbsp. mashed green peppercorns
1 bouillon cube, crushed
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
Melt butter in pan; add shallots and saute until golden. Stir in brandy. Add remaining infredients except butter;  cook until thick. Stir contantly; swirl in remaining butter. Serve over fish or meat.
