12 slices white bread
3/4 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1(10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, chopped fine
2 c. ham, ground or finely chopped
3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. instant onion

1/2 tsp. salt
Cut 12 doughnuts and holes from bread; fit bread scraps into bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Place cheese over bread and add broccoli and a layer of ham. Arrange doughnuts and holes on top of the ham. Combine remaining ingredients (milk, eggs, onion and salt) and pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Bake at 325 for 55 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
