Ride to Eat - Eat to Ride

Ingredients Hot Wings
chicken wings
1/3 c. flour
tsp. cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. hot red pepper sauce
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Combine flour, cayenne pepper and salt. Dip wings in flour mixture. Deep fry or pan fry wings until done, golden and crispy. Drain wings on paper towels. Combine pepper sauce and vinegar. Dip wing in sauce. Wings can be served or they can be refried or broiled to recrisp. Serve with Blue cheese dressing.
