Ingredients ITALIAN BEEF
4 to 6 lb. chuck roast
2 to 3 cans beer
16 oz. jar pepperoncini peppers (with juice)
1 to 2 pkg. dry Good Seasons
Italian dressing mix
Mix all ingredients in a crock-pot and leave for at least 8 to 10 hours. Overnight works great. Add more liquid as needed. When ready to serve, lift meat from juices; pull apart and return to juice. Serve on hoagie rolls or French bread.
