Ride to Eat - Eat to Ride

Ingredients Mini- Ham Puffs
1 (2.5 oz.) pkg. processed ham
1 small onion
V2 C. shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerator
crescent roll dough
1 egg
1/5 tsp. black pepper
1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 3500. Chop ham and onion finely. Place in bowl and add cheese, egg, pepper and mustard. Stir to combine. Spray mini muffin pan with vegetable oil spray. Unroll crescent rolls and press dough into one large rectangle. Cut rectangle into 24 pieces. Place dough pieces in mini muffin pan cups. Place filling in cups. Bake 15 minutes.
