Ride to Eat - Eat to Ride

Ingredients REUBEN DIP
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (13 oz.) jar sauerkraut, drained
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 small chopped onion
2 pkg. wafer corned beef
Mix together in casserole. Bake at 35Q0 for 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered, until brown. Serve with party rye bread.
