tomatoes, diced 2 avocados, diced 6 cloves garlic, crushed 4 fresh green jalapenos, diced I bunch fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped V2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves ¼ c. olive oil |
Mix lightly and chill. Adjust amount of jalapenos and garlic to taste when making recipe. |
