Ingredients Raquel's Pico-De-Gallo
12 to 18 red Italian tomatoes, diced
2 avocados, diced
6 cloves garlic, crushed
4 fresh green jalapenos, diced
I bunch fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
V2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves c. olive oil
Mix lightly and chill. Adjust amount of jalapenos and garlic to taste when making recipe.
