Ingredients SUGAR COOKIES

1 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
4 c. flour
2 well beaten eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar

 Cream together butter, sugar and powdered sugar. Beat together and add eggs and salt. Add oil and vanilla. Sift and add to mixture the flour, soda and cream of tartar. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes.
