Ingredients SUGAR COOKIES
1 c. oleo
1 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
Cream oleo, oil and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking soda and cream of tartar. Mix sugar mixture and flour together. Chill dough in refrigerator 2 hours or more. Roll into balls the size of walnuts and flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes. Cookies will only brown lightly.

Icing:

I stick oleo, melted juice from 1 orange 1 lb. powdered sugar

Mix together and spread on cookies.
