Ingredients TEXAS FUDGE

2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
½ c. milk
I small can chopped green chilies
1/2 lb. grated MontereyJack cheese
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

 Beat eggs, then add other ingredients and mix well. Put in an 8 x 12-inch greased dish. Bake at 35O~ for 35 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Serves 6 to 8. Double for large groups.
